Pati has been a Registered Nurse since 1971. Over the first twelve years of her career she worked in various positions in a number of hospitals. In 1983 she went to work for the first home infusion company in Tulsa. During the seven years that she worked for that company, she met and cared for many cystic fibrosis patients. Over the following eight years she worked for several infusion companies and continued to care for the cystic fibrosis patients that she had come to consider much more than "just" patients. In 1998, CF Solution's was founded as a not-for-profit cystic fibrosis pharmacy, serving the state of Oklahoma and Pati became an employee. Over the past 20 years, she has continued to care for more CF patients and grow her CF "family". She continues to work for CF Solutions and works closely with the Tulsa CF Center.
